BRC provides training and technical tools to increase access to new ideas and resources that create natural community experience, relationships and collaborative partnerships. We assist in the development of relationships and goal setting that advance inclusion of all people in the experiences and benefits of community life.

BRC works to further the rights of individuals and families to participate in decision-making that affects their lives and determine for themselves how to contribute to their communities. By actively including others in the creation process, personal and organizational leadership is maximized. Our work seeks to create cultures of belonging and build practices that honor different talents that lead to success.
